Galatians 5:22–23

But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law.

Understanding this passage

Paul lists what the Spirit grows in a life. These qualities are evidence of God's work, not a personality you have to fake.

Why this verse helps

When you doubt whether God is real in you, look for this fruit. Peace, faithfulness, and self-control are signs He is at work.

A prayer for you

Holy Spirit, grow Your fruit in me. Let love, peace, and faithfulness take root. Amen.
