Psalm 97:10
“Let those who love the Lord hate evil, for he guards the lives of his faithful ones and delivers them from the hand of the wicked.”
Understanding this passage
Loving God includes hating evil, not making peace with it. At the same time, God guards and delivers the people who belong to Him.

Healthy guilt hates the evil, not your own existence. God still guards the faithful and delivers them.
