Isaiah 40:31
“but those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.”
Understanding this passage
Strength is promised to people who wait on God. Sometimes that looks like soaring, sometimes like simply walking without collapsing.
Why this verse helps
You may not feel like flying. Hoping in the Lord can still put one foot in front of the other until strength returns.
